Your privacy
Last updated October 5, 2026
The short version: Your Nexus account keeps your work private to your account. Nexus uses your information to run the features you choose, not to sell your personal information.
What Nexus keeps
Your account details and the content you save, such as projects, conversations, schedules, reminders, Life entries, and settings. Basic product-use information may be counted so we can find broken or confusing parts.
How AI features work
When you ask Nex or a connected specialist for help, the information needed for that request may be sent to the configured AI provider. Nexus limits context by the access you choose. Avoid entering passwords, financial account numbers, or other secrets into chat.
Your control
- Download your account data from your account screen.
- Delete recent conversations without deleting saved projects or plans.
- Delete your account and its connected personal data from your account screen.
- Turn phone notifications on or off per device.
Security and retention
Nexus uses account-scoped storage, secure cookies, and access checks. No system is perfect, so report anything suspicious through “Report a problem” in Nexus.
