Nexus terms

Last updated October 5, 2026

Plain English: Use Nexus lawfully, protect your account, and review important AI-generated work before relying on it.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Information you provide should be accurate enough for the service to work.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you bring to Nexus. You give Nexus permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the features you request.

AI output

Nex and other agents can make mistakes. Review output before publishing it or using it for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nexus to break the law, harm people, invade privacy, spread malware, defeat security controls, or misuse services you do not own or have permission to access.

Availability

Features may change as Nexus improves. We work to preserve saved work and explain interruptions plainly, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Ending use

You can stop using Nexus at any time and can delete your account from the account screen. Access may be restricted for abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
